Apple lôi Nokia, Samsung, HTC và RIM vào "scandal mất sóng".

Apple gần đây đang đối diện với một scandal khá lớn về việc Iphone 4 bị lỗi mất sóng khi cầm theo một "cách nhất định" nào đó. Sau khi nhiều lý do được đưa ra và dù cho cái lỗi mất sóng này thật sự thật ảnh hưởng lớn hay không hay chỉ là do báo chí thổi phồng thì một lần nữa Steve Jobs lại khiến cả thế giới hay đúng ra là các đại gia điện thoại khác "nóng mặt" khi lôi tất tần tật từ Nokia, Samsung, HTC và RIM vào buổi diễn thuyết hôm 16/7 và phán một câu xanh rờn là : "tất cả các điện thoại thông minh (smart fone) đều bị mất sóng khi cầm theo một cách nào đó". Và mới đây Apple còn tung ra các đoạn video thử nghiệm để minh chứng cho lời nói đó.

Đây là chiến thuật của Apple nhằm kéo tâm điểm của chuyện "điện thoại mất sóng" ra khỏi iphone 4. Rất đơn giản, chỉ cần lôi kéo 1 lò các công ty làm điện thoại lớn vào và bảo là "điện thoại nào cũng rứa" là sẽ có ngay 1 tầng lớp Apple fans đi theo sau bảo vệ Apple với các argument như:

1. "Điện thoại nào cũng có vấn đề, tại sao mọi người lại chỉ chăm chăm đánh Apple? Đúng là 1 đám haters"
2. "iPhone dù không gọi dc thì vẫn hơn 1 đống các điện thoại khác"

Đại khái vậy.

Nhưng thực ra nếu mọi người nghĩ kĩ hơn 1 chút thì cái lí do vì sao Apple bị chỉ trích không phải chỉ đơn giản là chuyện cái vạch sóng của iphone bị rơi từ 5 vạch xuống còn 0 vạch khi bị grip. Nói thẳng ra thì điện thoại nào cũng sẽ rơi sóng khi bị bắt mạch antenna, nhưng không có điện thoại nào bị MẤT cuộc gọi + GIẢM tốc độ 3G như iphone. Droid Eris có thể bị giảm vạch sóng xuống còn 2, nhưng chuyện chỉ có 2 vạch sóng đó không làm cho cuộc gọi bị MẤT như của Iphone.

Do đó, cái campaign này của Apple chỉ đơn giản là lái hướng từ chuyện mất cuộc gọi sang chuyện "ít vạch sóng :">"

Nói thật, tớ đã dùng qua iphone, và phải nói là tớ khá hài lòng do apps nhiều và chơi khá vui, nhưng iphone fails as the thing that it's supposed to do best: being a fucking phone.

Không, cậu Ruud hiểu lầm ý tớ. nói thật trong số các điện thoại mà tớ từng sử dụng qua, iphone là con bắt sóng kém nhất + dễ mất cuộc gọi nhất. Heck, còn kém hơn cả con motorola V3 cổ lỗ sĩ ngày xưa tớ dùng. :/ mua iphone xong thì phải mua cả cái back protector + screen protector.... nếu không thì nó sẽ trầy, nó sẽ xước.

Phải nói là cái kiểu kéo người khác chết chùm thế này là một cách marketing theo tớ khá là hèn. Anh mắc lỗi nhưng không nhận lỗi, lại còn kéo thêm những người khác theo chung. Và tại sao những hãng này ko bị lôi lên mặt báo, vì họ ko có vụ CEO phản bác lại người dùng như Steve Jobs "Iphone 4G mất sóng vì các bạn đã cầm ko đúng cách"

Qua vụ này Apple đã chơi khá mạo hiểm, nếu giờ mà Nokia, BlackBerry (ờ cái này thì hơi khó) hợp tác lại để dùng Android thì khá là mệt mỏi.

Btw mình thấy Iphone chỉ mạnh hơn Android ở thế cạnh music manager với Store.

1. Samsung

2. RIM

Apple clearly made certain design decisions and it should take responsibility for these decisions rather than trying to draw RIM and others into a situation that relates specifically to Apple."

3. Nokia

As you would expect from a company focused on connecting people, we prioritize antenna performance over physical design if they are ever in conflict.
In general, antenna performance of a mobile device/phone may be affected with a tight grip, depending on how the device is held. That's why Nokia designs our phones to ensure acceptable performance in all real life cases, for example when the phone is held in either hand. Nokia has invested thousands of man hours in studying how people hold their phones and allows for this in designs, for example by having antennas both at the top and bottom of the phone and by careful selection of materials and their use in the mechanical design."

4. HTC

While not an official statement, HTC's Eric Lin, PR chief and online community manager, told Pocket Lint that the handsets singled out by Jobs and Co. during the Friday press conference (mssrs. HTC Legend, HTC Desire, and HTC Nexus One), are actually seeing a complaint rate that's less than the .55% figure allegedly enjoyed by the iPhone 4.

On the Eris especially, Lin told Pocket lint that "we have had very few complaints about signal or antenna problems on the Eris."

Lỗi lè lè ra đấy, đã không nhận hay xin lỗi thì chớ.
Đổ lỗi cho người dùng cầm đt không đúng cách --> coi thường khách hàng.
Đổ lỗi cho các hãng khác --> xem thường người khác.

Giống như vụ 1 lô xe Ford bị lỗi, giám đốc Ford VN nói là "do tài xế VN chưa hiểu hết về các tính năng mới nên lái xe không đúng cách" --> báo chí làm ầm lên. Bây giờ lại im như thóc.
Những hành động như thế chỉ tự đánh mất hình ảnh của mình.
