Maybe ... i screwed up the body proportion of the girl in the left It too late when i recognized it , don't have enough time to repair

For some reasons, I really don't care about anatomy or such. Misproportion or not, that doesn't matter, as long as it fits my eyes. My favorite artist never has her characters looking right and "real", but I like it that way. Same goes to Drake's. After all, it's not realism.

Don't know why but i find shading is very difficult . No matter what i do , the shadow of the object looks fake and if i add too much shading , the drawing look , well , dirty

Just practice more. But the shading can either be dirty or clean for all I care. Most of the time I love to shade anything I can get my hands on, whether it is ceiling, cloth, tree or even character face

Even thou i am very busy lying around and doing nothing but i still find some time to do some drawings . More than a month and these are all i drew , what happened to the youth's motivation ?

These are really nice. Since there is lack of shading, I find it brings out details that would normally be hard to see once shading is applied. You could add shading around the bubbles to remove the contrast of the dark lines. I often keep drawings and add shading day by day which is what takes the longest time. If you have a good eraser, draw parallel lines to add shading and smudge them with your finger... erase the spots where you smudged too far and re-draw the contours (that you smudged out) with a .3mm push pencil. If you don't mind, I could show the effects it would have on this drawing. Shading is the key to making a 2d image look 3d.

I'm amazed at the detail of the rocks and cracks. Just out of curiosity, how long did it take you to draw?

Talking about smoke , i am trying to find a way to draw the smoke better I used to draw smoke in many styles before but i found them look kinda unrealistic

Which kind of "smoke" look better , i wonder ?

Well , actually just about half an hour to draw those rock and crack thinggy They are not that time-consuming .

I never left, but since not many people post in the english box I am kinda limited to what I reply to....

Also, there was major loss of quality since I printed your drawing on a piece of paper, once I redraw the lines it should be ok.... but I'll keep posting my progress... but like I said, I can spend up to 20 - 30 hours just on one drawing just for shading...

I like the yandere Red Riding Hood. Maybe I'll adapt the idea and try make a more moe~ version of it, is that ok ?
